As you may know a huge part of my ministry is Neighborhood Transformation (NT). I have been helping NT grow throughout the U.S. for the past 7 years. I have been blessed to be personally mentored by Stan Rowland since 2010 who is the founder of NT and of the International version called CHE “Community Health Evangelism”, CHE is now being used by 800 different organizations and is in 130 different countries. Stan has decided to step aside as he now 82 and he asked me if I would take the reigns of NT and continue to grow this ministry. So my official title is Co Director. It is still a non paying volunteer position as Stan also raised his own Missional support. My good friend Jeff Bisgrove will be helping me lead NT as a Co Director as well. Jeff will be handing all of the back end stuff for NT such as helping raise funds, NT board reporting and writing lessons. I will continue teaching churches, speaking at conferences, networking with other mission groups and most importantly mentoring people doing NT in the U.S., Canada and now Globally and finally taking NT to the Urban areas of Europe and hopefully back to Kosovo! Tell me God does not work in mysterious ways! Boy what can I say the past few months have been really busy! So what have I been doing besides getting to know my community? Spreading NT in the U.S.! I have either spoken at or attended conferences in the following cities, Orlando FL, Austin TX, Reston VA, Kansas City MO, Phoenix AZ, Dallas TX, San Francisco CA, and in Canadian cities Vancouver British Columbia, Kitchner Ontario. This year so far I have also had the opportunity to train people in Neighborhood Transformation in Buchanan MI, Phoenix AZ, Tampa FL, Lexana KS, Quincy Il, Cincinnati OH and Traverse City MI.
